PosturePulse Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using PosturePulse. By using the app you accept these terms.

1. Service Description

PosturePulse is an AI posture wellness app that analyses posture photos to provide an A–F grade, specific observations, and matched micro-exercise prescriptions. The app provides ergonomics awareness only — it is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Required Reading)

You must explicitly agree to the following disclaimer during onboarding:

All posture grades, observations, and exercise suggestions provided by PosturePulse are for ergonomics awareness purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any of the following conditions, consult a licensed healthcare professional before using this app: spinal disorders, herniated discs, osteoporosis, recent surgery, chronic musculoskeletal pain, or any condition that may be affected by exercise.

AI-generated posture assessment results are labeled “for ergonomics awareness only” within the app and carry no diagnostic weight.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any posture photos you upload and how you use the app
• Do not upload photos that include other people without their explicit consent
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the app
• Do not use the app to offer commercial posture assessment services to third parties

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you detect unauthorised access to your account, contact support@sanva.tk immediately.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro subscriptions auto-renew. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Pro Monthly: $4.99/month (7-day free trial); Pro Yearly: $19.99/year
• Cancel anytime in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access remains active until then.
• Refund policies follow Apple’s and Google’s respective rules.

6. Data & Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy. Posture photos are treated as highly sensitive personal information. We apply three layers of protection: immediate EXIF stripping, cloud sync off by default, and automatic deletion of Pro cloud photos after 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

• Posture photos you upload remain yours
• PosturePulse’s app interface, brand assets, icons, stretch library content, and underlying technology belong to the PosturePulse team
• AI-generated posture reports and exercise prescriptions are provided for your personal wellness use within the scope of these terms and do not constitute personal medical records

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PosturePulse is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding uninterrupted service availability, the medical accuracy of AI posture grades, or the suitability of any exercise prescription for every individual. Always exercise within your personal physical limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PosturePulse is not liable for any personal injury, indirect loss, or data loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms affects rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of material changes. If you do not accept a change, you may delete your account before it takes effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
